When you receive your order confirmation, please check that it matches the order you placed. Contact Felted Wool immediately if you notice any errors.
General Information
Felted Wool is dedicated to providing high-quality, natural wool footwear. Your satisfaction with our products and service is our priority.
Payment
As a private customer, you can pay for your goods with a credit card. This payment method is covered by the opposition system described below.
When paying with a credit card, the subtotal of your purchase will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. You can pay with major credit cards and digital payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, Amex, Apple Pay, PayPal, Meta Pay, Venmo, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.
All entered data is encrypted and cannot be read by others. Your card information is sent through an encrypted connection to our secure server.
The Opposition System
You have the right to oppose a transaction if an amount is deducted from your account and you can demonstrate that:
- You did not receive the product.
- You have been a victim of misuse of your credit card information.
- You regret your purchase before receiving it (e.g., by refusing delivery or not collecting it).
- The amount deducted is higher than you authorized when placing the order.
It is a condition that your opposition cannot be immediately refuted as false.
Delays
Felted Wool will contact you by telephone or email if any problem occurs when processing your order, such as production failures or unexpected delays. If your goods do not arrive within the agreed timeframe, please contact us.
Damage or Defects
Felted Wool maintains strict quality control, but errors may occasionally occur. If you receive a delivery with any defects, we will exchange the item. Alternatively, you may receive a price refund, depending on the extent of the defect.
According to consumer contracts, customers have a one-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects from the day you receive the item. Damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
If there are deficiencies, damages, or other claims regarding the product, please contact Felted Wool as soon as possible. Remember to have your invoice and order confirmation ready when you contact us. Once you have received a response, please send the defective product, a copy of the relevant invoice, and a description of the defect to the provided return address.
After we receive the defective item, we will contact you immediately by email to discuss how to handle the case. Felted Wool recommends sending the product as a traceable package. This removes any doubt about whether the goods have been delivered to us and allows you to track the shipment. Packages will be rejected if they are sent as cash on delivery (COD), without sufficient postage, or marked with “no distribution.”
Receipt
A valid receipt is your order confirmation and/or the invoice on which the product is specified.
Cancellation or Return of Order
When making a purchase on the Felted Wool website, you as a customer have a 60-day right to cancel or return your order from the day you receive the item. This means you can receive the item, unpack it, and verify that it is as expected and that the size fits.
The condition for cancellation or return is that Felted Wool receives the goods in the same condition and quantity as in the delivery. This includes the product being unused and in its original packaging. However, it is not a requirement that the outer packaging is unbroken.
The item and your order ID should be sent to our designated returns address. The product should be shipped as a package item to avoid any doubt about delivery and to allow for tracking.
The Right of Withdrawal
When shopping through the Felted Wool online store, you have a 60-day right to withdraw from the purchase from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, the goods and a copy of the relevant invoice must be sent to the provided returns address. When the right of withdrawal is used, the cost of the purchase (excluding any shipping fees) will be refunded. Withdrawal can also be done by refusing to receive the package.
When Felted Wool has received the returned item, you will receive an email confirming this. The email will provide information about the subsequent process and when you can expect your refund. Please expect a processing time for returned packages, as all goods returned are checked systematically. The cost of your purchase will be refunded to your account within a few days and no later than 30 days after Felted Wool has received and accepted the returned goods.
Once the withdrawn purchase has been processed and the amount is transferred, we will send a credit note to your email. Please note that packages returned as COD, without postage, or with “no distribution” will be rejected.
Privacy
We appreciate your interest in our products and your visit to feltedwoolshop.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy. According to data protection regulations, you have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data. You will be asked to give your consent for Felted Wool to process information about you.
Felted Wool is responsible for the information you provide when you place an order. We store your information (such as name, address, phone, and email) and use it for processing and monitoring your order and other expected services.
You are entitled, upon request, to gain insight into what personal information we hold about you and to object to a registration according to the rules of the Privacy Policy Act. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.

Language and Currency
All agreements can be made in English. All information provided on the website is available in English, and it is possible to correspond with Felted Wool in English. The goods can be paid for in US Dollars (USD).
Sales Tax
All prices are displayed excluding sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout.
