If you wish to exchange an item, please create a new order and return the old order according to the process below.

Your Return Options

1. Use Our Return Portal
You can initiate your return through our returns portal. Once we have received your return package, you can expect a processing time of up to 10 working days.

Guide for Using the Return Portal

  • Order Number: Type only the digits from your order (leave out the “#” symbol).
  • Postal Code: Enter the ZIP code from your shipping address.
  • State: When creating your return label, use the official 2-letter state code.

2. Return the Package Yourself

  • Send the package with a tracking number.
  • Remember to get a receipt when sending the package.
  • Avoid sticking anything directly to or damaging the original product or its packaging.

Return the item in the original Felted Wool shoe box and make sure the package is securely wrapped before sending.

Write your order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the box. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email (for example: US10203).

Once we have received your return package, you can expect a processing time of up to 10 working days.

General Return Terms

  • At Felted Wool, you always have a full 60-day right of return from the day you receive your item.
  • The item must be returned unused and without stains. We cannot process a refund if there are visible stains or signs that the shoes have been worn.
